To find the right bar length for your belly piercing, you can measure either your current jewelry or the piercing itself.

If you have a bar with a snug fit, simply measure the wearable part of the bar, excluding the decorative ends.

Alternatively, measure your piercing from the top of the upper piercing hole to the bottom of the lower piercing hole.

Available lengths are 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm. Choose the size closest to your measurement. If you're between sizes, choose the slightly longer option for a comfortable fit.

Your jewelry should sit securely and comfortably, without pinching or pressing into the skin.
