Jewelry care

All pieces are crafted by hand and made in 925 sterling silver.

Since the pieces are not “coated” or silver plated as is custom in commercial jewelry production, they will eventually change their appearance.

Direct contact with water, soaps, chemicals, sweat etc. will cause the silver to oxidize and darken faster. So if you do not like the look of oxidation, please be mindfuld of when to wear and take off your jewelry.

To remove unwanted dirt from you jewelry, rinse it with an old toothbrush or another soft brush, a few drops of dish soap and some hot water. Dry the piece with a soft cloth afterwards and the piece will regain its shine.

Special care for piercing jewelry
Please note that sterling silver is not an implant-grade metal (like titanium or surgical steel) and is not intended for permanent 24/7 wear or unhealed piercings. Silver piercing jewelry should only be inserted into fully healed piercings. To prevent skin irritation, discoloration, or accelerated tarnishing, always remove your piercings before sleeping, showering, or working out, and store them in a dry, airtight pouch.
